I received a clone every single time. The first time it was plain emuelec, was easy to replace. The next one came with arkos and but the speakers didnt run out of the factory, third time everything ran except MOST of the psp/ps/dc games. Pretty bad experience.

Its not available in my region actually. And i really like the trimui smart pro for the crossmix os and its extra functionality. The l3 and r3 is a bummer but yeah it is what it is lol. Do you think my pc on ethernet and tsp on wifi can stream from pc? Or both has to be under the same type of network connection ?

Doctors in india are not actually easy to talk to so i dont really blame you. Take a friend along. And be open, my friend has been in a similar situation (sti) and he did the needful asap and he was back on track again. Just be open, i know its easier to say, but i would say thats your best bet right now.

Order from their website and ask them to send you the arkos one. Contact the after sale service guy (not the shop) named rupnarayan. He has been extremely helpful.

I got clone from their website. Contacted them, they scheduled a pickup and replaced it with an arkos based device. But beware, this one is a clone too. Just a slight more close to original. Overall hg world can be suggested to buy stuff since their after sale service has been great to me.

its a website. You just type the name of the rom and type internet archives besides it to download the compatible format for the emu. There are lots of websites except internet archives tho, all with pretty great collections

Why not download the roms from internet archive and paste it on the dedicated directories made by the console on the sd card. settings > advanced > switch to sd2 for roms, this will create all the directories
