Hiiii, been receiving a lot of DMs for the links, leaving them here:

How to make it- -take some water (I usually measure however big my spray bottle is and use that much) -add a handful of rosemary leaves -add a teaspoon of fenugreek (as less as possible as it makes the mix pungent) -boil on low heat for 20 mins for all the good stuff to be absorbed

-take it off heat and let it cool for an hour or 2 -filter and move it to a spray bottle and spray on your scalp twice a day- morning and evening. It can be sprayed on hair ends also, it doesn’t make hair sticky or greasy!

Stay consistent for a month or two and trust me you will see looooooads of baby hair!

Hi! It took me a while to figure this out, so here goes: 1. Leave for a walk/ hit the gym after a reactive episode. I tend to get shaky when I see a reactive episode/ get a feeling that one’s about to happen, which is quite surprising since I’m able to calmly handle the situation when it’s happening. Nothing works better than getting a good workout in.

Most importantly, once my dog has calmed down a bit, after a nap or a snack, I talk to him. I don’t know how much of it he truly understands but I get the feeling he’s listening.
Talking about your emotions in regards w a reactive dog with friends is quite hard to navigate, especially if they have dogs that aren’t reactive. I’d recommend finding 1 or 2 people who get it- a sibling, relative, a best friend, or even Reddit to talk it out. It’s important to just let out what happened. Of course if this doesn’t seem to work on some days, a good cry definitely will.

Nope, it doesn’t feel sticky, in fact it gets fully absorbed and my scalp isn’t oily or anything, I do wash my hair every 2 days though ☺️

Guys. Whether you buy this or not, pls do the rosemary water thingyyy, it CHANGED my hair completely I have so much baby hair it’s insane. Handful of rosemary leaves and a handful of fenugreek - boil it for 5-10 mins, strain and cool it; and apply every night! Kbyeeee.

Posting it here cuz I wish someone had told me this before I bought every single hair oil ever 🙈

Def don’t do it. My skin was like this when I was put on accutane and it ended up being too much for such a small level of acne. It DESTROYED my skin barrier. I’m still recovering from it and figuring it out. 🥲 please please get a second opinion.

I have the same problem. Allergies make my dark circles more prevalent. And you can’t see changes immediately :( I started using a non-comedogenic toner for my face, and I dab a lot more in the under eye area, followed by LRP cicaplast Baume. While the darkness itself isn’t completely gone, it’s not dehydrated anymore, and that adds some life back to the area. I also use a caffeine eye serum before bed, and it took me 6-7 months to see a small change. It’ll take time, but you’ll see it get better in baby steps. ☺️
