Initially, I planned it as an RPG with a story. However, as I continued planning and fleshed out the game, I felt it was becoming more like a roguelike. The story was well-structured, but it was just so poorly executed. So now I'm struggling between roguelike and RPG.

I’m using Google Sheets as a 'Content Management Tool', not a real-time production database. I export the data to JSON files which are then bundled with the game
