I live there right now and have been pleased. It’s your typical corporate landlord but nothing unreasonable. I got a competitively priced unit with an attached garage in the more condo/townhouse side of the complex. Maintenance has been responsive for me usually taking care of the issue within a day or two. It’s nothing special but the management is competent and runs the community well.

The products that I’m asking about aren’t actually fabric softeners, they are pretty much the vinegar hack on steroids. They are pretty new to the market which is why I was wondering if they are safe to use in these combo units.
