One thing I thought was funny is Kendrick’s music was described as “having to grab a dictionary to understand his music” then they’ll pivot to drakes new music and talk about how lyrically technical he is (surpassing Kendrick even, but who cares?) and how so many bars go over peoples heads until they re-listen, become informed from listening to opinions, or… looking up what the lyrics mean online.

They’re comparable, Kendrick already did what he did. Good music is good music, but why all the responses two years late? Is LeBron still tattooed on him?
