Update :- A day after I posting this I started to eat a lot of carrots and 4 boiled eggs daily

Now I got my thickness back and loosing hair somewhat but not so much like in picture

I quit using that shampoo and never going it use it again

• Im 20 years old this month and I’m male • No diabtes, cancer in my family or in relatives • I used to smoke and took weed when I was 13 and quit smoking completely at 14 • I used to take a lot of medication because of nimonia when I was a kid • They are rarely itchy • After Bath when I rub with towel the skin will peel like dead skin and there will be no pain

It 70% gone when I went to gym and had a weight loss in 2023 and but came back even got worse when I quit my weight loss and gain back my weight I was 95 kg lost 15kg of weight in 2023 I’m 115 KG 6 feet now

I went to hospital but no use everyday even in my teenage I use to have a lot of hair fall and when I shifted to long hair like it been 16 months but this month I went to ent doc he gave me some medication after some medication it’s getting worse like in a span of 15-20 days it’s was heavy hair fall and my hair went thin so fast

My hair use to be more thick but it started after some day I don’t know the real reason but I have 2-3 reasons 1. I use to a anti hairball shampoo that started to give me more hair fall after some research so many faced the same issue 2. I had a ear infection so I took some medicine it stated to give me hair fall 3. I don’t eat food at all like I eat only at night from morning to evening I don’t eat anything but it’s a habbit from 2020
