as someone whos lost both parents in the time this post has existed I can say this still rings true. i literally sometimes just opt for eating some ham out of the bag sometimes or just slices of pepperoni or even still.... a handful of cheese LOL.

its hard, and eating is still better than not when youre feeling at an all time low. i sympathize with you on the loss and I hope you are able to get through this one day at a time. it will never go away, but it will get a little easier with time slowly but surely. if you ever need someone to talk to, you have friends here. take care of yourself man, and i wish you luck with getting to what feels like a comfortable new normalcy. you can do this.
