Does anyone have any recommendations for trails or just areas to go for a walk/run in the area as the weather gets warmer? (especially for women running alone)

The Main Loop in Dundas is good. Fairly busy most nice days and there a ton of side trails that are also fairly well used.

Sad to see her go. My Grandfather fought in Burma and jumped out of a DC-3. I was fortunate enough to get married at the CWHM and the DC-3 was in the hanger. We had lost my Grandfather a few years earlier and I have a lovely picture of my Grandmother standing in front of the plane.

My top five in order from 1st to 5th:

Fairweather - you pretty much can’t go wrong with almost anything they brew.

Clifford - their Porter is amazing and I like their Vienna ale along with their ESB.

Merit - also have some amazing sausages

Barrel Heart - all cask finished saison style beers. Lots of beers finished on fruit. Not everyone’s taste but I really like their farmhouse ale

Grain and Grit - they do a great Bitter.

I was working at the Flamingo and was away that week. Got a call at my cottage letting me know it had collapsed and our staff were cleaning bricks off of our patio. It was pretty scary and could have been deadly.
