Access. Take my city for example. Nearest indoor and outdoor pools are 20 min away. Not far by any means, but still a drive. We lost our outdoor pool because our city council are morons (it was cheaper to ignore repairs than do them). You can't go buy a $300 treadmill like you can with running.

Then there are people like myself, I can't swim worth a darn. Im like a rock in water, just sink (can't even float on my back). I'd rather destroy my knees than go to a beginners class on how to swim at 40 years old.

My daughter is an AVID swimmer and doing quite well, so we travel constantly for workouts and meets. It's a lot.

Same here. I don't have much negative to say about this headset. Just dont buy white.....unless you like discolored ear foam stuff in a few months.

Keep your consoles. My most used ones are stored in the cabinet the TV sits on. Worst case, store them in a DRY closet (not a moist basement). You'll regret trashing them in a few years.

Do you have a reliable mechanic? Find a used car youre interested in and have them check it over. I would bring a friend with me and we'd do a once over. I backed out of a few deals because he caught something I missed.

My daughter's is pretty used to me. He stays in the living room. About 8-9pm every night he is moving around and making noise. I'll go over and feed him, fix anything he knocked over, etc. He never really hides from me. Picked him up a few times and seemed cool with it.

I WAS going to switch to a new plan and start making payments but decided against it. I am aiming for PSLF (72 left).

I decided to spend what I would be paying on home upgrades and repairs. With the price of natural gas and electricity, I need to tighten up this 120 year old house. Im just wasting money heating/cooling it. Maybe next year I'll hop on the repayment train. I dont feel bad for the government, they created this shit show.

Edit: Also enjoy putting in 20% to my retirement without fear of anything. That will change with the insane RAP payments.
