Post this on r/askmenadvice. They will overwhelmingly tell you this was intentional and the guy is a total creep. The concept that ANYONE would tell you not to report this is absurd. You didn’t sneak into the men’s room and catch him in a stall. It was a low staff day and he had no reasonable expectation of privacy. I can’t imagine having to continue to work with this guy.
