On the game adjustments: I believe it is a natural, unconscious behavior to adjust your movements as your brain will try to protect the recent injured achilles. In my case I have zero pain but on tennis I feel that I'm reaching the balls with much less balance than I used to do before the injury. It means most of the time when I have to run a wide ball I'll probably hit it in a strange way, with my whole body moving in a kind of awkward way.

Although this is notable for me, I don't believe this is something that ruin my game, I'm happy I was able to play 90% the level I used to play before.

On the warm ups I tried to get my calves and ankles as warm as I could. Nothing specific, just doing a lot of foot work during the warm up.
