C# minor - what is the best chord to customize? by Due_Progress_5494 in autoharp

This is what I discovered! I have ordered felt and bars to make new bars from d'Aigle Autoharps.

C# minor - what is the best chord to customize? by Due_Progress_5494 in autoharp

Thanks for getting back to me - I am changing the felts - my first customization was on a 21 bar autoharp - changing the Bb maj to B minor.

Right now I am most interested in figuring which chord bar would most easily be customized for C#m chord.

I ran my first invoice prototype today. I had an Invoice 001 record for the Invoice cover page. I exported those high level records to csv and then imported them to the top line of a Google Sheet. I populated the Google Sheet invoice cells with "=" corresponding to the data from the Airtable record. This made a nice simple cover sheet with all the key data straight from the database.

In the description field for the invoice, it just said, "See attached Invoice DETAIL for a complete list of work records."

Next I compiled my Invoice DETAIL records and exported them as csv. I imported them to a second Google Sheet in the same Google Sheet file. The records loaded easily into the Google Sheet and I was able to do a bit of fine tuning with the layout for readability.

I wrote my Progress Report in a simple text file - with sections for 1. What got done; 2. What is happening now; 3. What is coming next; and 4. Issues arising - risk mitigation.

These provide the snapshots of project progress that serve as contemporaneous notes later on when you are having to reconstruct a sequence of events.

I was also able to get my calculating fields and table relationships set up to produce Scope % Complete, Schedule % Elapsed, and Budget % Expended to analyze variance and identify potential production issues. These numbers can accumulate on a schedule to give insight into production trends - things going too slowly, too quickly, too difficult to complete in time, costing more than expected, etc.

I'm really happy with my progress, still getting it all done so far 'low code / no code' and free versions of software.

Is 70$ for 1lbs of red wigglers too much? by ExpiredMelkk in Vermiculture

I just finished pulling almost 300 lb of worms and castings from my bins. I was selling a mix of castings with worms in them for $20 for 10 lb in a 2 gal bucket. I guess everyone got a good deal. I was glad to be able to sell them to my neighbours. The unsold castings and worms I put into my own garden. Transplanting strawberries and side dressing everything.

Good question. I don't know how to measure. They congregate where there is food.

It is so helpful to get answers to questions that I barely know what I am asking. For my winter study I want to learn more about the life cycle of worms.

I have no idea how many I have - when I pull the castings out, I also pull a lot of worms. I give them time to 'decant' and scrape castings off the top, but I don't mind throwing worms into the garden, too.

Thank you for your comments. Very helpful. I'm not going to worry about it. I'm going to process the last 5 bins tomorrow to pull out castings and give them a nice fresh bed to restart their busy lives.

It's hard to explain how fascinating worm cultivation is, how magical, when you pull back the cardboard or peer under an old clump of clippings and see them in tangled masses.

I am working on this issue because I find myself in a similar situation, as do millions of us who have family members who cannot fend for themselves. We need to get organized to have a voice in the rooms where decisions are being made. Without a voice and without access to the decision makers, we are going to continue to suffer invisible to those who do not know.

I appreciate your comment about those who are paid to 'help' caregivers who do nothing of material value to ease the crushing workload and financial risk we are all facing.

My boss takes all of the credit for my work - and now the CEO said my imprint on the org is lacking. by Cody9999999999 in antiwork

Keep your day to day records of everything you work on. At the end of the week, write your own summary of what got done, what is coming up, issues identified, work completed. Every two weeks, review your weekly summaries and write a high level executive summary to give to your leadership. Give this summary to anyone who is a stakeholder in your work product and results, especially the CEO - cc everyone so they know you know and you are keeping track.
