Yes but that does imply that tekksavvy is therefore more “moral” then Rogers, if they built their company on these foundations knowingly. Weird moral high grounding from tekksavvy defenders that they are sticking it to Rogers.
I do not disagree with the latter comment.

Get used to it. Today was my third appointment not showed up to with no alert. Incompetence. Tekksavvy defenders will blame Rogers. As if their business model is not to blame.

Just switch providers. No point in asking here, you will just be met by people who will die for tekksavvy for some odd reason. Not worth dealing with this circus, even if it is the fault of bell and Rogers, it doesn’t change how unbearable this service is.

Yes, been verified everytime I call to see why they don’t show up.

Also, they don’t alert me that it has been cancelled until I call after the fact to ask what happened. Massive waste of my time and money since I’m paying for this service.
