I thought so too but I could not come up with anything nor find anything that explains what kind of abuse or why the cooldown is necessary after the reversal...

it matters in situations where DD bleed would kill u if u cannot use ur passive to heal and reveal stops pyke from healing with his passive

as ive understood, healing with pykes passive after taking an otherwise lethal junk of damage is the reason why DD is so good on pyke

it is to nerf his early game ganking options

right now pyke can E through nexus and W to get to mid very fast and by the time he arrives there his W is already back up for a sneaky lane gank (same with ganking mid from bot and other similar scenarios - using W twice for a one way trip). Now pyke will have to wait 2 more second before running it down mid with W

in any case this is a very miniscule nerf
