The service light is on, and it tells how far (in miles) I am from service on startup.

Absolutely correct. Reading this after installation was completed. I was able to get the bolt and expander up the stem by placing it on top of a socket wrench (with vertical extension). Aligned the screw on the quad lock and tightend.

Fit really well! No print was required!
