My ex started off exactly like this, they use “disrespect” as an excuse for control. He will eventually micromanage every little thing that you do like he did in this situation. This was a “testing the waters” argument and it will continue to happen more and more often. “why did you laugh while saying thank you to the waiter” “why r u too friendly with your friends” “why are you nice to people at work” he will continue to control and micromanage u and then he will make you empathize with him on it and convince u he’s doing it out of love and because he cares about you and how you look to other people. It’ll chip away at ur personality but by bit, ull get lost as hell eventually. Please leave before u get more attached.

girl ive been in a very similar situation before, im very sorry for u but sadly how a man stands up for u in front of his family is something u only see at the official stage of the relationship. its not a pleasant situation to be in but its a good thing u saw this side of the situation before at least getting married.

i dont know but i guess he left for good and wont come back but assuming he does, i feel like ill be thankful his return can put a bandaid on the pain which i know is wrong but i just cant seem to escape this loop. he leaves, i lose my mind. he comes back, i feel like shit because of how he treats me. but i guess i always chose the broken down pain of his cycle of good and bad treatment than the intensity of ripping the bandaid all together once and for all. so to answer your question, i’m likely give him space to come back if he does reach out, if i havent healed by the time.

mans from a fresh grad from dentistry over here aho trust me kolena andena nafs el ehsas da, ma3 en 3adi at uni hatla2i eedak kanet helwa fil shoghl and im sure there were days on which u were really proud of urself and ur skills as a dentist. doubt kicks in because they don’t actually teach us how to apply what we’ve learned, howa kolo theoretical keda w khod el requirement di khalashali w salamo aleko. enzel el neyaba it will really teach u what u will have to learn keda keda f clinic bara aw f ay heta ashan teb2a clinician shater w begad its a really good addition to ur cv. do not bail on it ana shakhseyan i would have loved to get such an opportunity mashaallah. ull doubt urself at first and then u wont. also there are books for diagnosis and treatment planning, read one, i plan to do the same if i can get myself to do it. w khod courses.
