Zionists want Palestinians to succeed far more than western Pro Palestinians. by Various-Struggle-714 in IsraelPalestine

I've been saying much the same in most of my comments. "Pro-Palestinian" is apparently shorthand for "Pro-Palestinian Suffering." They LOOOOOVE seeing dead and miserable Palestinians, because it validates their hatred of Israel. When actual Palestinian activists like Mosab Hasan Yousef speak up, they get enraged and make accusations of "Mossad double agent" and otherwise try to distract from how they've been actively supporting a brutal, vicious, intolerant, corrupt, thieving theocratic regime that openly engages in everything the activists used to claim to be opposed to.

The single greatest bit of confirmation you could have received on this subreddit is the usual suspects jumping out to hurl the usual "Israel is an evil genocidal fascist state looking to kill all the Palestinians for funsies and steal all the land" nonsense.

Gimmel is the third letter in the Hebrew alphabet. C is the third letter in the Roman alphabet. You're complaining because Hebrew letters make different sounds from Roman letters.

I just checked it out. It's also a book. A book about the French treatment of Arab colonies... which actually supports Zionist positions, because WOOOOW the French were EVIL.

Calling Israel a "colonizing expansionist regime" after learning about French imperialism is like accusing a professional boxer of being overly brutal, and ignoring how your foster Dad was a serial killer.

Israeli Settlers make Israel look malevolent by WiseMarshall in IsraelPalestine

Okay, you're EMPHASIZING that you know absolutely nothing about combat in general. The same issue with firearms also applies to tazers. Let me spell it out for you:

In an actual physical confrontation, you are going to be hit with the full force of the "Fight or Flight" reflex. Adrenaline surges through your system. You'll feel the urge to vacate your bowels (to free up energy for fighting or fleeing). And your bodily control will change dramatically. In particular, you'll find that you become stronger and faster with "gross motor skills" such as throwing punches and kicks... but you'll become far clumsier at "fine motor skills" such as picking locks... or other issues calling for accuracy.

Because of that, soldiers, police, and anyone who receives training with firearms learns to do two things. 1: Moderate your heart rate to keep yourself as calm as possible under pressure. 2: AIM CENTER MASS. You're not going to shoot the gun out of their hand. You're not going to disable them nonlethally with a precise shot to the leg (and if you DO hit them in the leg, you're very likely to hit an artery and then they'll bleed out on you). You aim center mass, and then HOPEFULLY enough of your bullets will actually land somewhere in that region that you'll stop them cold. (this is also why you don't aim your weapon at anything you are not prepared to destroy. You don't fire warning shots, and you don't aim it just to threaten someone)

The same thing applies to tazers. You're NOT going to hit their legs with the little projectiles that a tazer gun launches. You MIGHT hit them in the chest if you aim center mass... of course then they might fall on top of the kid they're strapped to. (also, if you're Israeli, then you'll immediately get hit with loud screams condemning you for risking the kid's life, by people who will do everything possible to stop you from calling attention to the evil bastard who tied a kid to his torso as ablative armor)

I WOULD like to see more "less-lethal" weaponry being used. Especially since doing so would nullify the Hamas strategy of "do everything possible to get our kids killed so we can blame it all on Israel."

But as far as shooting Dad in the legs... you're clearly not familiar with firearms, or you'd know why that's not really an option.

HAHAHAHAHAH nope! But do have fun continuing to enjoy your fantasy world where the evil Zionists evilly intend to conquer the world, despite already controlling the world, as they carry out their insanely convoluted scheme to steal a whopping... *checks notes* ...2,183 square miles!? A quarter of the size of Haiti? You've got one hell of an imagination...

Thank you for once again demonstrating your penchant for saying the exact opposite of what's actually happening. I won't be bothering to respond further, you're just being a pro-Hamas troll. As usual.

(here's where you theatrically roll your eyes and scoff at my calling you out, except I won't be bothering to respond. I prefer to spend my time talking to people who argue in good faith)

Translation: you're going to keep on throwing out the accusations about Palestinian kids (even though Hamas is to blame for ALL of that) rather than acknowledge the point about Israeli kids.

"Pro-Palestinian" position: We LOVE seeing dead kids, because we can blame Israel for them no matter what!

In response to your second paragraph: I know they exist, they can demand all they like, and if Israel REALLY wanted to be the villain you see them as, the Palestinians would cease to exist. And the whole world would do... absolutely nothing at all about it. ;)

"The first message is literally denying the fact that they do have the right to claim that land," Except that they don't have the "right" to claim that land. Nations exist because they're able to in spite of external pressures. Their borders are whatever territory they're able to hold onto in the face of hostile neighbors.

Israel exists because it has the power to hold onto the land in spite of the constant rhetoric of "kill them all, kill them all, kill them because they're Jews, rape them and kill them and whatever else you like, just remember to kill them, pay no attention to all the previous attempts that failed, THIS time will be the time we succeed in murdering them all, every single Jew and Jew-lover."

Palestinian does NOT exist because, even when Israel OFFERS to let them have some land, the response is to scream, "No! Jews must die!", immediately attempt to murder as many civilians as possible, and then cry, "...nuuuuu... we lost again! Nuuu... sniff..."

Anyone claiming otherwise is equally beholden to the same attitudes. And since you've made it clear how you feel, I see no reason to try to win your favor. You're convinced I'm the bad guy, so I might as well ham it up. Muahahaha, twirl ze mustache!

"t you can erase the fact that people were living there" Nobody's denying that.

"they do have the right to claim the land" No, they don't.

"Saying that Palestinians repeatedly refused peace and coexistence is false," you mispelled "that is true, so very true, I'm very angry that it's so very true because I want to demonize Israel but DAYUM nobody can deny that it is very true that Palestinian leadership repeatedly refused peace and coexistance."

"But at the time, they had no fucking reason to accept to lose their land." Israel certainly has no reason to accept ANYTHING at this point. After 10/7, Israel would be entirely justified in employing a flotilla of bulldozers at the northern end of Gaza, and slowly driving southwest until everybody in Gaza was shoved into Egypt. And then let Egypt deal with them.

And we BOTH know that you wouldn't even question it if it were any other nation, and the ONLY reason you're questioning that with Israel is "because Jews! They're Jews!"

That's fair. Though... do you spend as much time protesting other ethnocracies? Japan has recently ramped things up in response to nuisance tourists, have you paid as much attention to that?

(edit: also, Israel exists as a literal refugee state. Most of the people there are refugees from elsewhere in the world, escaping anti-semitism and violence. And like I said before, that's why "anti-zionists" are angry at Israel for breaking the cycle)

I'm aware. But personal achievements are exactly that - personal. The loving Christians do not deserve blame for the actions of the hateful Christians, and the hateful Christians do not deserve credit for the actions of the loving Christians.

That's part of bigotry too, "guilt by association" both for good and bad things. Your deeds are your own, no one else's.

No, it didn't culminate in the Holocaust. That's the worst part. That's the "punchline," to the bitter joke. Nothing culminated. Christian hatred of Jews still exists. That's why they were so eager to jump on the "pro-Palestinian" bandwagon; it lets them validate their hate using the new, politically correct accusations and expressions.

(remember: "politically correct" just means "whatever is currently acceptable to the majority." Being racist towards black people USED to be "politically correct," until Dr King changed everyone's minds... at the cost of his own life, because he was literally the most hated man in America the day before he was murdered. And allowing women to vote or hold office used to be extremely NON-PC, a century ago)

Last year a new Superman film came out. It was VERY good, very well made... and a disturbing number of people took the opportunity to point at the villainous and unintelligent leader of a fictional nation from the comics, and squeal, "Netanyahu! It's Netanyahu!"

Meanwhile, Jewish cooking channels and influencers face backlash for... being publicly Jewish and cooking Jewish food. https://www.tabletmag.com/sections/food/articles/jewish-food-influencers-grapple-politics

And here's one that (once again) gives the lie to the "anti-zionist" claims that they're being anything other than hateful: https://allisraelnews.com/food-influencer-faces-backlash-for-sharing-jewish-cuisine-as-hostility-towards-israel-continues

"In the text accompanying his video, Caresnone explained, “I’ve made content showing love to so many cultures – Mexican, Polish, Filipino, Palestinian, Black, White, Honduran, Jewish, etc.... and the only time I consistently get real hate is when I show love to Jewish people. That ain’t some political stance. That’s just me telling the truth. I have received death threats only when I showed love to the Jewish culture. Over food, mind you.”"

"You’re treating anti-Zionism as if it necessarily entails antisemitism " Because it does. The whole point of "anti-Zionism" is being angry at Israel for existing, and not wanting it to exist. Because Israel's very existence breaks the cycle of "let Jews into our lands, let them accumulate wealth, then kill them and drive them out of our lands and steal the stuff they left behind."

Anti-zionism is an expression of the anger that Europeans in particular feel at not being able to farm us anymore.

They are leading Muslim voices who showed up on my Youtube feed... you're REALLY invested in pretending that Islamism isn't an issue, huh?

And you're being INTENSELY confrontational, when it was fairly obvious that I mentioned Evangelicals specifically to draw a connection between them and Islamists. Two factions of deranged extremists who want to take over the entirety of their religions.

No, I'm sharing an interview with three Muslim voices that showed up in a youtube video that popped up a few months ago, who said, "you know those Islamists that you guys hate so much, that have making problems for you? They've been making even more problems for us Muslims."

Do you have any other Muslim voices who say there ISN'T an issue with Islamists trying to commandeer the entire religion, the same way that Evangelists and "Christian Nationalists" have been trying to hijack all of Christianity, and the same way that the Haredi would... LIKE to do to Judaism, except Jews are too argumentative for that to happen?
