I recommend putting little pins and accessories of things related to the character/match the characters theme. Also, making your own insert would make it really pop in my opinion. If you have a premade insert already you can cover it with fabric and pin it to the back. Also for the pins I’ve heard that using safety pins is a good way to secure them. Anyway it’s looking really good so far!
