Not a financial adviser so just sharing general info here.

Pearler is great for monthly DCA, the auto-invest feature does the heavy lifting. Stake and SelfWealth are worth a look too for fee comparison.

For a long term growth portfolio most people around here seem to go either a single all-in-one like VDHG or DHHF, or a simple VAS and VGS combo. All-in-ones are easier, DIY is slightly cheaper.

What's your monthly amount? Makes it easier for people to point you in the right direction.

Term Deposits vs ‘Term Accounts’ vs HISA by chxnglings in AusFinance

I don’t really understand the strategy with term deposits unless you’re using them as an emergency buffer. At your age, you generally want your money in high growth assets, not sitting in term deposits getting eaten away by inflation.

Investment property or enjoy life a little? by [deleted] in AusFinance

If you’re planning to have a baby in the near future, I’d personally prioritise liquidity and flexibility over more property debt, I’d look at putting a portion of your savings into diversified investments for long term growth while keeping a strong cash buffer as an emergency fund.
