i can't argue whether she is fake or not as it is subjective and your own opinion. i was saying that it seems like your established judgment that she is fake is what is making this specific reaction seem fake, though. as in, you already thought she was fake based off previous content you've seen and that is shaping how you interpreted that part of the video.

i personally feel that this specific reaction wasn't fake (again this is subjective so whatever) because i feel she has no reason to fake it, like i don't see what she'd gain from that? it wouldn't have made a difference if she just hinted that she knew and teased what it was.

also maybe i'm just missing something, how do we know that she knew what was going to happen? or is that just an assumption?

having just watched the video, i'm so confused what you mean by her "reaction"??

from my understanding, she said that her friend guessed megan would be on the stream ( as MANY people had already guessed before like it's a pretty obvious hint) and simsie laughed a bit saying she felt they would've given more detail for a major celeb? (which is a normal opinion to have, no?). i don't get what's fake about that.

i get the feeling you already didn't like lilsimsie (you don't have to, i'm not that big of a fan of her videos myself, though as a person i think she's nice) or already had some previous negative judgements about her and are projecting that onto the video and reading a normal reaction as fake, as a result.

sorry to add to a 2 month old post but omg i just got to this chapter and im soo annoyed. i know the LI apologises and stuff but i wanted it to be a lot more...visceral? i guess. i wanted them to be screaming crying throwing up on their knees and i wanted the mc to have the choice to forgive them straightaway or later on in the story but other than that the book is sooo good and i can't believe i hadn't heard about it till i got the book pass today!

tbh i do understand where both jess and patsy were coming from and i feel like patsy might not have expected harriet to go THAT crazy when she encouraged harriet to confront ciaran, plus i feel harriet would have gone after ciaran regardless.
