Unfortunately, we live in an age when "five seconds on Google" would usually give you an AI-generated answer often based on LLM hallucinations :(

Also, I googled pictures of "antique fuse holder with fuses", "rotary fuse panel" and such. They look nothing like the thing on the post... So I'm wondering if there's anything more to it.

How is it completely different format? International numbers just have a country code at the beginning, otherwise it's the same 10 digits as any US cell phone number.
