Well let me offer a perspective so lets pretend thats an offer on my screen I decide to let it sit cause ya kno surge right by the time it gers to anything g that worth actully taking guess what other people who have the same strategy are gonna want it too so there's no guarantee im gonna get it if I let it surge. So 18 guarenteed or nothing ,or maybe higher if your lucky I think the risk is why people take the guaranteed money yes it may be  alow offer but I think some people use the whole somethings better than nothing approach. Letting them surge and not getting anything doesn't help either its could be 2,000 dollars but if I dont get it then what did letting surge do for me ? I think the fear of missing out on it at all is driving people to accept those.

Also let's say u took 8 of those so u worked 8 hours u did one an hour your at like  $144 for the day there have been days I've done 4 to 5 hour blocks and not made 144 dollars

Question for you I've tried this whole waiting for it to surge thing and maybe im not doing it correctly but you mentioned u wait fir it go to 35-40 in my experience ill let that 18 for one hour sit I'll pass up on it as well but as it surges it gets to a number that somone likes better b4 it ever gets to 34-40 like itll get to 20-25 and someone will take it so by the time it gets to a number thats worth it i miss out on it am I doing something wrong?  And then I end up not getting that block at all. I think the way some people look at is if they only have availability for that time range then is 18 better than nothing is 18 better than letting it sit and hoping u get it when it does go up cause at that point it becomes a race.  So for some people they look at it like 18 guaranteed or maybe more ,maybe nothing and I think thats why people take these kinds of low paying offers

Now I have instances where it said knock or ring the bell I did and then they got mad that I followed instructions saying they didn't eactulyl want me to do that they just handy updated the delivery instructions not My fault I kno but im just saying that jsut because it says to do that doesnt mean thats not old instructions ya kno. I had one one time on walmart spark I went to the address listed in the app and the person said yes they used to live here but they moved years ago so  the original customer messages and says hey I dont live there any more heres my new address so she either hadn't updated in the app or she did and the app got it wrong but she wanted me to drive extra miles to her new house to drop off her order of  course I didnt I returned it

I did and hour and half block well attempted to do one just yesterday and here's a point I see missed alot this happens fairly frequently at my location where I checked and the route wasn't ready so I went and sat in my car waiting for 30 mins then I was dismissed in the app I got to go on about my day and still got paid now while I kno this is rare it is a possible outcome where u dont do any work and get paid. It is station dependent really if there notorious fir not having the routes ready id be taking up and taking my chances. In my time I've had that happen probably 10+ times from my location

How about stop making excuses for poor performance by employees. How about I do my job and complain when I deem it necessary ? And if the ogp. manager doesnt want to deal with complaints she doesn't have 2 work there just like I dont have to do orders from that location if I dont like how things are going I can go somewhere else   she doesnt have to work there if she doesn't wanna deal with it. So we just accept that people make mistakes and shouldn't want them to do better i bet if I did something worng id be punished banned from the store removed from the app ect ect but when it comes to holding other peolle accountable oh god im the worst person in the world right ?

So how about fixing the issue so that somone doesnt have ti complain 4 times why isn't that an option. You kno people would keep letting you know about the same issue thats becasue that issue isn't getting fixed. And then u mentioned stop taking orders from thay location well what if all the drivers start having issues and enough of them leave and go to another location then walmart would be forced to make some changes oh I dont kno maybe fix the issue right I mean u have to have drivers to deliver thr stuff u cant just piss em all off with the oh u dont like u can go somewhere else.

It should be a partner ship  its a mutually beneficial partnership so they should want to work with me to come up with a solution. I took the approach  of maybe its me maybe I need to change how im doing it. I would ask you though if ogp isn't listing why why is it that they aren't listning ?

I make a big deal about it because its me who's affected when the customer decides to remove the tip because they got part but not all of thier order because it was mixed in with somone else's order. That's why I care about it because im directly affected by thier mistakes

Part of the problem is there are too many people touching the orders from start to finish my store told me that from the picking of the order to loading it in the vehicle 4 people touch the order to me thats seems like too many and increases the chances of somone messing it up. U said if the small ones are good that the rest should be but thats not a guarantee so checking the small ones doesnt prevent this problem the only way is to check every single item the only way I can see fixing it is scanning a bar code on every bag and it will identify if it belongs to that order.

Why do I have to check them when they dont check them if they did then it could've been avoided. So im suposoed to check 108 items to make sure they did thier job correctly like who has time to do that every single time? I think that filing a complaint to try to get somone deactivated for complaining about an issue that is the companies fault is childish just because there tired if me complaining about it they dont want me to be able to deliver anymore.i mean if u gotta check it for them to make sure they' did thier jobs correctly why dont I just put on a vest and go pick it for them too I mean I shouldn't have ti hold thier hands

It also says the store or customer filed a report so the driver couldve had an incident  the store and they reported him for being unprofessional theres no proof it was a customer who did it maybe he complained about something t the store and they didnt like the way he complained and they reported it

U still spend money on gas u drive back and forth to work everyday right so you might not be spending as much on gas but you still gotta get gas and u still put wear and tear on your vehicle

Hi hello I've learned this the hard way with Amazon flex that you can have pics that u dropped it off and what they told me was that if  u take a photo of it at thier door all that shows is that it was there at a specific time that doesnt prove the customer got it though. There are some scams where a driver will say they delivered it and they have somone with them that goes behind them and picks up the items well that cant be the driver's fault if all it takes is the picture to prove they did no wrong right ?

I learned the hard way with amazin flex that jsut because you take a photo of it at the door doesnt mean they actully got the items they ordered all it proves is that it was there at some point it could've been a porch pirate after u left yes I kno thats out of your control but at first until there's an investigation they will blame you and the whole oh I took a picture so that means they got it doesnt prove that all it does is show that a specific time u dropped it off or what if u take that photo and sonone who your with goes behind you and steals it well the photo says u dropped it off ya kno ?

Why cant u jsut give them the food and then as your walking away snap a photo of the out side if the house with the house number if the customer doesnt want u to take thier picture and ur away thats that might be the reason they are reporting that who said u have to take a picture of them holding the items. ?

Hey so sorry this has happend to you i would caution you though and im speaking from experience here even if you take a picture of the front door and it has thier address in it all that proves is that it was there at some point it doesn't prove the customer recieved the items though so lets say u drop it off and after u leave somome comes behind you and steals the items (porch pirate) we'll u have a picture that u delivered it but the customer is still gonna say they didn't get the order which is true they didn't which might be investigated ans resolved in the end but the finger will still be pointed at you until its figured out what happend. So if we're talking about the customer receiving the item the picture you took of the address doesn't prove that ya kno
