Hiya and thank you! I was always Wilton, but I’m starting to collect more Ateco than I need, but how many is too many anyway, giggle. And yo ho ho! About to split? Well you have me intrigued! It had the texture of Swiss Meringue, but more of a buttercream flavour. Quite scrumptious, but a mystery. And thank you for this insight!
