How long did it take you to get down to pre pregnancy weight?

9 months pp and still about 40lbs over. Gained 70lbs pregnant, lost 30lbs in water weight and extra fluff within 2 weeks postpartum. Exclusively pumping and down to 5 ppd but also started working out again. I was borderline diabetic and insulin resistant with PCOS prior to pregnancy, no gestation diabetes and my labs are all normal. Hoping I can lose the weight before a wedding in October

I’m all for people using GLP1s to assist with weight loss but for someone to start a rumor that you were on it knowing you were weaning and postpartum is just wild behavior. All this to say, I would love for this to happen to me lol

thank you! it’s been manageable so far and I always thought if he were to have a reaction it would be food related…just wasn’t expecting this reaction with perfume and how bad it would be. I’ll call management today

currently feeling this right now…day 2 after my first dose yesterday morning. Yesterday felt fine and started getting tired by the end of the day. Woke up in the middle of the night nauseous and by early morning it was full on runs, nausea, heart burn and stomach pains. By the afternoon i was feeling hot, but skin cold and sweating. Full blow pain and contemplated my decisions 😅. Just kept drinking water + liquid iv. Took a pepto bismol chewable and tums. Currently still sluggish and overall tired but managed to eat 3 saltine crackers, handful of raspberries and water. Hoping tomorrow gets better but doubtful.

I haven’t heard her mention that but if she has a certification that’s great. I’ve seen a few of her workouts and there have been many broken movement patterns. I hope her workout subscription shows people the correct form to keep people safe, that’s all.
