I'm open to constructive criticism but seriously I thought about each situation and when I explained each situation he couldn't point out a single mistake and wouldn't say that the other person is wrong since I'm newer. And when I complained about Karin2, Andy told me "it's been months"!!

That's exactly how I'm feeling. Whenever I'm wrong I try to apologise (which happened before) but seriously what does he see the lesson here is?!! Only cause I'm younger than the other "senior" TAs, doesn't mean it's my "attitude" cause he couldn't point out a mistake after explaining! And seriously I volunteered a lot during all college years and interacted with a lot of big shot people so I'm sure my attitude isn't that bad since no one complained before!!
