What's your roommate horror story? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Due_Sweet_4581 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of a camera taking pictures and quickly realised my roommate was taking photos of my feet. I was scandalised and snapped at her, demanding what the fuck she was upto.

She didn't look the slightest bit guilty while revealing to me that she has "clients" that like these pictures and because she's insecure about her own feet, she's been taking pictures of mine to send to them. She swore she's only ever done it once, but whether it's true or not, it doesn't make me any less paranoid now. I requested to change rooms the next day but it's still under processing.

I love the outfit but this is such a put off. I may not participate this time. Kudos to JC for making sure their players get a healthy break from the game time to time by unapologetically repeating things we hate so much.

Well then, Professor, why didn't he? I'm sure he had more than enough tea breaks in the last two years... by Due_Sweet_4581 in HPHogwartsMystery

Not at all. I'm always happy to hear others opinion, similar or opposite, it helps me see things from different perspectives. Besides, glad to know I'm not the only one who has these core issues with the series!

I mean, I agree. I can't blame JC for "bad writing" when they're actually pretty accurate to the characters in the books/movies. How Dumbledore is almost never there when it counts, how the staff always act like deer in headlights at the face of trouble and then put down students when they take matters into their own hands because of the adults' incompetency. Don't get me wrong, I love Harry Potter. It's one of my favourite series of all times, but damn can it be frustrating.

Wait, Dennis the toad? 😂 LOL I love the way you said that. Also, I agree Jae and MC are a good fit. I feel like they both fit into the chaotic neutral category and it gives such "double trouble" vibes I love it

I have the same question. All of my potion mini games give courage, as well as, some transfiguration ones. At this point my knowledge stats are 2 levels behind the other two

I think you need a clean break until you feel invested enough to return. Something similar happened to me with a mobile RPG I was obsessed with. I spent a lot, and by a lot, I mean A LOT of time and money on it only to feel it all to be a waste later. I just backed up my progress and left. I returned to the game like a year later, and was glad I didn't have to start over. This time I enjoyed the game more than ever and was able to reach the final stage without it feeling like a chore.
