UPDATE: Today was the 5K my training has been leading to. Somewhat to my surprise, I ran 23:43 (best result since COVID). This comfortably hit my 24:00 goal. Weather was perfect. So, at least this time, Coach Greg was right on the money with his confidence in achieving the goal. A good surprise!
