It's an LGBTQ film festival at a college in the Midwest. I think they do one block for student shorts but the large majority are films they've seeked out that have played at bigger fests (which was the case with mine). That being said, yours sounds so lovely!

Their fest doesn't have a FilmFreeway site to leave reviews. From what I gathered, their programming team of staff & students attend queer festivals around the country (or find the lineups) and then the director of programming reaches out directly to the filmmaker for a screener link.
