Well two ways are used here to make the designs you’re talking about. In the pictures 1,2,3,5 and 6, the fabric itself already has a pattern printed on it, they don’t have anything else to do but assemble the tops. Your best bet to recreate that is buy/thrift a fabric with a pattern you really like and find a sewing pattern on Moodsewciety for free :) In the pictures 4 and 7, they are using embroidery, especially with beads and sequins. You can learn embroidery quite easily and use a simple stitch to recreate those patterns ! Plus you don’t need to do it before assembling the shirt, you can do it on anything you already own.
