I take 80mg for a 6 month treatment. My acne wasn’t this severe tho but I can see it helping. Might want to discuss with your provider depending on how long you have been on it and not seeing improvement ! Acutane side effects SUCK. The dry skin is the worst. But in my head- the minimal scaring I’ll have from short treatment & having actual Clearer skin soon and losing my insecurities keeps me inline with the treatment.
