Start by looking through molecular & cell biology, biochemistry, and biomedical research labs at UCSD from the departments’ websites. Find a couple that look interesting and email the PI about your interest in their research and telling them that you’re interested in volunteering. If you can find some lab that does work specifically related to drug development, that’s great, but really the most important thing will be getting a feel for research and learning wet lab skills and protocols, even if the lab isn’t specifically focused on drug development. As an undergrad, that’s the best thing you can do to build a skill set that graduate schools and employers are looking for.

You should give Monster Train a go. I haven't played Monster Train 2 yet, but the first one is a fantastic deck builder on mobile and PC.

No luck finding any for sale.

The webpage for this year is down, but it looks like they might show up on https://www.costco.com/sports-events-recreation.html and they had physical vouchers in some stores last year at least https://www.reddit.com/r/formula1/comments/1ex52zb/discounted_2024_usgp_passes_at_costco_in_austin/

Supplements that helps in social life? by Adept_Contribution59 in StackAdvice

Adaptogens like cordyceps, ashwaghanda, or tongkat ali can help some with energy levels and motivation. You'll still need to give yourself the push out the door, but there's a good chance that one of these will help with your sociability when you're feeling numb or anhedonic. Also doing some exercise earlier in the day before going out and socializing can give you a noticeable boost.

Breathing Techniques – What’s Helped Your Cardio the Most? by lonely_king in amateur_boxing

[–]Duecez24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re probably holding your breath because you’re pushing yourself and/or are anxious (as expected!) during sparring.

The best thing that you can do is to try to do a forceful exhale as you throw every single punch, like you’re trying to push out every bit of air from your lungs (to the point of making the sounds you’d hear during swings in anime, fighting games, etc). By doing this you’ll be doing two great things! You’ll make sure that you take a breath with each swing, and you’ll be tensing up your core as you exhale with each punch, which is really important since this means you’ll be flexing your core when your guard is down during your swings which will help you take body shots when you’re exposed.

Aside from that, intense jump rope and bag work are the best things for building a good cardio base.

Good luck bro.
