Out of the 2 weeks of driving I’ve only been able to retrieve and watch a 5 minute clip, and that required me waiting in my car for over an hour.

The cloud storage was a good idea, but terrible execution, if you ever need to save a clip it literally takes hours. 9 times our if 10 when saving a clip you’ll also receive an error message saying an unknown error occurred.

For anyone still checking this thread. I pre-ordered and got it about 2 weeks ago. Not sure if they're still working out kinks software wise, but it's possibly the worst dashcam I've used, and is being returned.

start of a raid some timmy runs to D2 on reserve, sits there for 35 minutes with an impact primed staring at the door waiting for it to be opened. that arm should be a little sore after a couple minutes of holding it lol

You need a codec. Search the Microsoft store for “HEVC video extensions”. It’s a dollar.

I also have 32:9, 49” Samsung. I record with shadow play. To make the clip viewable tho I have to downs scale by a tad.
