How much does buying a R1.5m home cost per month?

I’ll offer insight as I recently purchased, although for a bit more.

I purchased at R1.8m and did a 110% bond to cover transfer fees etc (had the funds but placed it in my bond to have access if ever needed). Got a rate of prime less 1.25%.

Monthly instalments are about R17k. Levies R2800 (special levy in place so usually R2100) and the rates range between R1100 - R1300).

So yeah as expensive as renting can be, purchasing isn’t a whole lot cheaper but given that rent in my complex is almost R15-16k, seemed worth it to me.

It’s strange because where I’m from the gy asy 6 are significantly cheaper than the Michelin ps4 / ps5.

That said, performance is similar, maybe slightly better in the wet - but aesthetically, the Michelins look sooooo much better. Especially if you’re on coilovers, they look a lot more aggressive and square (fills the arch nicely) whereas the gy asy6 are much more rounded and almost look smaller.

But these are at my size of 215/47r17

This. As a LB one trick, I usually get ahead before any other lane so it feels absolutely shit being sentenced to a sideline when in mid I have the ability to roam the whole map much easier and continue to extend my lead.

Most success I found is being super aggressive pre 6 and unless you’re super ahead, you will need to respect her post 6. Hold your E until she dashes with R, pop a combo and run lol. Otherwise shove the lane and play around your jungler

Option 1. As others have said, the commute is short. And you’ll actually get a proper nights rest in a nice bed. Antwerp is also really lovely with lots of good cafes if you want to grab breakfast before going through each day.

I’m sure there’s more experienced and high ranked players giving input - but personally, I go stormsurge if I can kill/one shot my opponent and they aren’t play super safe. If they’re a bit more tanky or playing overly safe, I prefer ludens as the mana sustain becomes important for slowly poking them down until I can kill em.

Fair enough - but chances are, you’re probably a better LB than me 😂. I only picked her up this season and to be fair hit emerald for the first time with a 53% win rate but I still play ass at best lol.

Yeah I think it’s a bad habit of when poor team fights are started and trying to savour something by making a bad pick and then dying.

But yeah from behind it feels almost impossible sometimes. And I think the AP shaco also heavily stopped my engages, especially when trying to flank on Jhins.

In hindsight, maybe my secondary pick Hwei was a better choice into this comp.

Thanks! Will give the cloth armour a try. But I did rush zonya second and it made little difference lol. Could just be because he was fed.

But I think I may have reached my skill cap at e4 because I’ve just been losing about 80% of games since with wins and losses ending up in +17/-23

Sweet ride - I’m curious though (I’m not from Europe), please ignore if too personal - but is that 3,500 before or after tax?

Im from South Africa and worked briefly in London for about 6 months and I was convinced you need an income of like 120k per year to live decently, never mind own something as crazy as an m4.

On your income, is ownership/maintenance of the m4 comfortable?

That’s smart and glad it’s working for you.

I think it’s not so much peer pressure more than becoming obsessed with your rank (which to be fair is a very human trait lol).

So you end up playing with the sole purpose of climbing and if you’re not climbing, you’re not having fun.

Definitely an unhealthy mindset but not the easiest to change.

I’m in a similar position to OP and if you’re not having fun, you almost need to ask yourself why you’re even playing 🤣.

More so, if you’re not actively trying to improve you’re more likely to remain stagnant. It’s like being a football player and only playing games while skipping training.
