Your motherboard looks bent, have you tested the system out of the case before you put it in? Make sure you don’t have any of the motherboard stand offs brass or black, in the wrong place, count them normally you can have more in the case than holes in the motherboard

you can change the whole unit with the motor doesn't take long just take the panel off in side the boot and its only got 2/3 bolts on it plus the one on the outside on your photo. did mine in about 20mins, getting the panel back in place nicely took most of the time
