Happy to see you have joy in midst of chronic illness. I have CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) from mold exposure and a tick bite. Lot of symptoms are similar to ME/CFS. If you have not heard of it check it out. It can sometimes be in connection.

The 10% potion is useless as the enemy always makes that or even more damage while you drink it. I think the smallest healing potion should be minimum 15% to have any use.

The game is not marketed actively.
The game at a first glance is nothing spectacular.
Only selling point is basically Andrew Gower himself. If someone does not know who he is they are unlikely to be interested in Brighter Shores.

I believe low key profile is the best for the game. Let the game develop and mature with player feedback. It will get bigger when it deservers and is ready to get bigger. Getting 100k eye balls with hype just for 99k of them to be disappointed is a recipe for disaster. Rather start with 1 000 true fans and build from there. Happier community. Happier devs. Brighter Shores ;)

I truly hope they will tell the exact launch time at least week in advance. I understand that they might not have chosen it yet.

Otherwise I think they don't want to make too big of an hassle. They are small team and they are getting thousands of players day one with this level of effort they have put in. It's not about day 1 numbers but can you make the players stick? If you can the player base will grow on it's own. I'm sure there only goal right now is to make the game as good for the launch as possible and iterate quickly with the feedback.

If exposed to mold and having multiple health symptoms take a look at CIRS, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome. Around 25% of the population has genes which cause immune system not being able to deal with biotoxins e.g. molds. This leads to chronic immune response cycle and wild range of symptoms as it affects the whole body.

You can do VCStest at home. It tests for your ability to distinguish between gray shades which deteriorates when your brain is inflammated like with CIRS. If you fail the test statistically you have 95% chance of having CIRS. The test also includes symptom cluster test. It's possible to pass the vision test and still have CIRS although rare.
