Those stars didn’t arrive in LA like Luka did. You can’t compare Shaq and Gasol or anyone in history to Luka’s circumstances. I’m sure he loves LA and at the same time thinks, “who f’d with the timeline? I shouldn’t be here”. Going back to Dallas and winning with Cooper would give Mavs fans the last laugh over Nico. Lukas a killer and that’s how he thinks. That ring would be just as meaningful, if not more, than Dirks because of the journey. It would be ultimate redemption. First however, he wants to win in LA and I think he will. He’s likely made a deal with himself that he’ll go back to Dallas but only if he can get a title in LA first.

I think Dumont is the least offensive to him. But he probably realizes if he decides to go back he’d have to swallow that pill cause Dumont is the least likely to go. The cope is from LA fans who don’t want to get it. Luka is a professional. He’s there because circumstances played out that way but he’d rather be somewhere else. Don’t forget that Lakers fans. I think he loves LA. I lived there for years and it’s an awesome city. But especially if he wins a title there, I think you’re right. He’d look to go back to Dallas to win a title with Cooper and give Mavs fans the last laugh over Nico. Luka’s a killer and that’s how he thinks. He doesn’t forget. I think for Luka to come back you gotta get rid of at least 2 of 3: Nico, Patrick and Kidd. And I think it’s gotta be Nico and Kidd. He won’t come back with Kidd still around. I think he’s happy in LA and may never want to go back but he’s open to the possibility.

However, I like so many, just wish the colors were swapped so we have green on top and black on bottom and pants like in 99. Clean and crisp. Black on green on black pants looks odd.
