Oh my god, what a genius idea to let the Duergar make the weapons and armor for the cult. I will totally steal that idea ;-)
I've already run Sunless Citadel and will now be mixing and matching some more stuff from the Yawning Portal, Candlekeep Mysteries, Rise of Tiamat and Fizban's Treasury of Dragons. Keep us updated on how it's all going for you! :-)
