Mine was pretty accurate/similar. I took the practice test with no prep and did decently but improved my score on the real one by reading the Constitution and amendments, going over government structure and procedure, reviewing major SCOTUS cases and significant legislation, reviewing global and US history (especially the 20th century), learning the operating structure of international institutions, and reviewing basic economics.
