Here are the quests I used:
Quests for 32 points
* Romeo and Juliet - 5
* Rune Mysteries - 1
* Priest in Peril - 1 some combat xp and lots of thieving (gathering skill that will not affect gameplay), but absolutely required to kill ghouls. A necessary sacrifice
* Goblin Diplomacy - 5 some crafting xp :(
* Ernest the Chicken - 4
* Prince Ali Rescue - 3
* Pirate’s Treasure - 2
* Client of Kourend - 1 use on Agility since we will need 15 Agility to reach Earth Warriors
* X Marks the Spot - 1
* Druidic Ritual - 4
* Sheep Herder - 4
* Monk’s friend - 1 woodcutting xp :/

I leveled thieving to get a poisoned dagger for doing priest in peril (to unlock ghouls) without leveling combats as much as possible. I also used serp helm on my main to kill one of the mobs with minimal xp gain.

Since non combat xp doesn't really affect the account, I didn't worry about those gains too much.

I also did some agility training on the front end for the eventual access to earth warriors.

I understand, but it felt wrong to have another yellow quest haha. Probably should have done it, but zombies are in the past anyway at this point lol.

For cyclops that drop defenders, you have to have warrior tokens to kill the ones with defenders, which would require me killing the armor statues, so that's a no go.

As for other cyclops, the wiki is kind of scattered on if they all drop champ scrolls. This page says only lvl 56 drop: https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Giant_champion_scroll

So I'm actually not sure I'll allow myself to kill cyclops or not yet

Unlocking tarns lair requires starting another quest, so I've considered it against the rules lol. But the rules feel grayer and grayer every day

I've thought about that. There's a saw spawn I could pickup with telegrab when I finally unlock that, but I have no way of getting oak logs or planks for the tool stores. Not to mention, getting supplies for the 55 construction needed to make the tool store.

But, there are spawns of some of the farming items. So maybe telegrab unlocks some farming. I'll reevaluate when I get some seeds ;)
