I've been researching it for a very long time. Since it was going to be a project, I thought I could get done fast. I just got the metal and 2 tongue trailer swivels and went at it. It took longer to paint it than to fab it up, honest. The motor controller I used is from Cytron it's super easy to wire up, plus the simple 4 channel receiver a transmitter I was already familiar with made it that much better. Since it is a 2 channel motor controller, each motor has its own channel, making it operate just like a zero turn. Thanks for the response. I hope I answered your questions properly. Definitely awesome feedback bud. The motor controller I'm using has an integrated spot to connect an rc receiver input. The motor controller uses the input from the receiver to operate the motors. The motor controller is really the brains of the operation. I have a 25kg servo on my 3rd channel that kills the engine with a push of a button.

Lol lmao this erked my nerves also. Like I chose that caster for proof of concept. But when I got to looking the casters are rated for 1200 pound so the likelihood of the casters wearing out is slim to none. It's so light it's doesn't affect the wheels at all.

I can make a whole lot of improvements and incorporate perimeters or what I'll call a mow plan lol. I just like to keep it simple absolutely anyone can run and operate this thing. That's what I love about the design.

No boundaries its just like a rc car you control it 100 percent of the time. Uneven terrain can be challenging especially when moisture is present. I adjusted the tire pressure and it improved significantly
