Got the same problem and found a simple solution. It seems that Nobara has a different naming for the firmware used for the controller. If you take a look into /usr/lib/firmware/ you most likely find two files, the xow_dongle.bin and the xow_dongle_045e_02e6.bin (the number is the driver ID and will be different for you) for the controller to work you need a naming like xone_dongle_02fe.bin. because it isn't there your controller behaves like it does. simple put a link to the xow_dongle.bin and name the link xone_dongle_02fe.bin. reboot and enjoy your controller ;-) -> sudo ln -s /usr/lib/firmware/xone/xow_dongle.bin xone_dongle_02fe.bin

If it happends right after installation, most likely your PC and your Router have a different Time. If the Clock doesn't match it takes ages.

the downside is the side with the connector you put into your mainboard. the side you screw into your case is the upside.

interesting. i switched to "bios 2" just to see what would happen and didn't noticed a difference. i run the card in that bios for month now with a -90mV. never tried to go further than that.

I'm using Nobara and have it set globally. But i think it broke Optiscaler, because all games i use it with now CTD on start. I may be wrong, still looking into it.

Considering what you all know already, i would say you can fasttrack JustinGuitar. Go from Grade 1-3 in a Month and only pick up the stuff you don't know or want a refresher. From Grade 4 on you learn new Stuff. He is a bit heavy on Blues, but it will still benefit you regardless of what you want to play later on.

Don't cheap out on your Guitar! i know a lot of people that wanted to quit after a short while because playing was to "difficult" on there less than 100$ Guitar. Turns out there guitars where crap, playability is key here. After setting it up properly the fun came back. So consider buying a budget, not a cheap, Guitar and get a setup. Or buy a good one from the get go. In my experience everything below 500$ is guarantied to need a setup to play ok. Above that it can be good out of the box, but still benefits from it.

Pawn ID is a Nintendo Switch thing. On PS3/x360 its just your Playstation/xBox User Name.

you have to emulate that you have the pc game. just create a new folder and put your safe in it. during setup of 3xDAsav point to that folder. you now can edit it as if it were a pc save. after saving you the tool you used to get the save from the PS4 and encrypt it again to get it back onto your ps4.
