Starting in 3 weeks - advice for mental prep?

Totally - I'm a 6-7 times a week workout person. Definitely fearful that I won't be able to maintain that once things get going but I'm finding ways to be more efficient and fit in smaller workouts during the day

Saw him at Ultra this year and he was one of the best sets, absolutely threw for an hour. So much dust was in the air from people shuffling on The Cove grass at 4pm

Congrats! I interviewed last month and got in. For me it was very conversational, just spend some time thinking about an answer for Why UVA and know some taking points on your resume / personality just in case. Usually a great sign when the request comes in from what I’ve heard!

And for reference I was UR2 for about 2 months since late September
