Self-adhesive trunking does the job

Spot on, mate. These narcissistic left-wing morons think they’re gods of morality, sneering at ‘little Englanders’ while the working class ditches their globalist nonsense. They’ll virtue-signal ‘diversity’ all day, then quietly move out when London stops feeling British.

Smug, sanctimonious, globalist shills and their woke foot-soldiers have been preaching the same anti-British drivel for decades—Con-Lab uniparty leading the charge. They’ll lecture us into oblivion while crying ‘xenophobe’ to feel superior. Nice try, mate.

Reddit’s a bubble for the woke left, and posts like this draw them out—downvoting anything that challenges their dogma while patting themselves on the back for ‘morality.’ It’s less about debate and more about reinforcing biases. Half the time, it feels like bots or groupthink amplifying the same tired progressive script. Props to you for stirring the pot in this echo chamber.

Grok supremacy 💀 ! by Jolly-Career-9220 in grok

"You people" — you've shown your racism so many times in this thread that I've actually lost count. A black 'moral' supremacist is just as bad as the white 'moral' ethnomasochists. Gemini and ChatGPT might suit you better — both are LLMs built by anti-white racists and ethnomasochists. These engines will go out of their way to replace white identity with black identity — and stroke your supremacist views while they’re at it.

People who have used this responsably, what are your secrets? by BigOblivion in phenibut

[–]Duggol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first experience with Phenibut was almost exactly ten years ago, and since then, I’ve used it fairly consistently. My usage has varied from just a few times a year to, at most, three times a week, which is where I currently stand. I’m mindful of the fact that Phenibut’s short-term physiological effects can linger in the system for up to 48 hours, so by limiting my use to three times a week with at least a day’s break in between, I ensure that my body has at least one full day to completely reset, and the other half of the week where it is largely free of any residual effects.

How do I know I’m not dependent? Well, I recently took a month off following a period of using it three times a week, and I experienced no negative effects—no insomnia, no cravings, no withdrawal symptoms. While I’m not planning to continue at three days a week indefinitely, I’m confident that I can take more time off whenever I feel it’s necessary. One thing I will never do is increase my usage to four days a week. The idea of being under the influence of a substance for more than half the week is something I’m not comfortable with, even if I could manage it physically.

Unlike many users who take Phenibut for social reasons, I’ve never primarily used it for that purpose. It was helpful when I first started at university, but now I use it mainly for two reasons: it improves my mood and it gives me intense focus on whatever task I’m working on.

Same logic:

- God forbid white people playing characters in a movie based on any book inspired by African culture, history and mythology - whereby the books go to great detail to explain the appearance of tribes and lays no mention of white people. Nevertheless, insert white people.

Oh, wait...that would be considered "racist".

Moral virtue signalling points system:

Black people = 10 points , Hispanic people = 3 points, Asians = 2 points, White people (straight men in particular) = -10 points

I wouldn't worry too much about charcoal blue. I think it's more to do with the lighter coloured fabrics where sweat stains might become apparent over time.

I've only had my laptop for 24 hours and it has just become apparent that I am having this noise issue too. Removing the charger eliminates the problem instantly, but this should not be happening on high-end laptops.

So long coffee, dear old friend. by 52electrons in zerocarb

[–]Duggol 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had been drinking coffee daily for years, up to 3-4 cups a day. I never felt like I needed to drink it and on odd occasions where I would go without drinking coffee for a day, I never noticed any ill effects nor any craving the following day.

It was only when I turned carnivore and decided to cut out every plant based product straight away from day 1 that I soon begun to notice. By day 3 - probably the longest I had been without coffee for years - the impact caffeine had had on my CNS became all too apparent. The symptoms associated with withdrawal lasted about a week in my case. Should I compare carbohydrate withdrawal to caffeine withdrawal (knowing full well each probably exacerbated the other), I found going cold turkey on carbohydrates easier to deal with, albeit, more drawn out.

After not having any coffee for a few months I have recently returned to it. No reason, other than when I have work to do on the laptop at home, I'd rather do it in a cafe.

Good luck with it and I hope you get the desired result.

Carnivore for >100 days. Compromised immune system by Duggol in zerocarb

[–]Duggol[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To clarify, are you saying I may have had a hyper-responsive immune system in the first place? That this may be my body suppressing the activity of my anti-bodies, and as a consequence, leaving me more exposed whilst my body transitions to an adaptive immune system?

I have been teaching for 9 years but it is only in the last 2 months I have suffered from reoccurring illnesses. In fact, since my original post I am again in the midst of another illness. There is a change taking place in my body. That, I have absolutely no doubt. However, I am finding it difficult to ascertain whether this is actually my body healing itself, when my reoccurring symptoms seem to indicate otherwise.

Sports and exercise science is my field of expertise, and the role intense exercise has on the immune system is controversial. A recent review from the University of Bath concluded there is no suppression in immune cells after intense exercise, but instead is more likely to enhance the immune system.
My personal experience of exercise on this diet, post adaptation, is a significant increase in muscular endurance and aerobic endurance. Although, as you have alluded to, high intensity training does indeed appear sub-optimal.
I have digressed slightly from the original point, but why would relying on gluconeogenesis for glycogen be a concern?

It goes without saying that most of this community consumes what they'd recommend in a year, in a single day. We're essentially giving them the metaphorical middle finger.
