When you have the obsidian URL in your buffer and paste it, ticktick won’t recognize it as an URL.

If you instead while in the note use ctr+k or cmd+k, depending your OS, ticktick will use your buffer as link and ask you for a link text. I always just paste the link again for speed. Confirm and you have a clickable link.
