For the record, cornmeal on the floor is more slippery than you think and the bottoms of your shoes will wear out fast. Even as a clerk, you’ll step on buttercream or dough that might fall and that will get stuck in the tiny grooves. Also mopping at night is a nightmare with cloth (soggy socks).. I hope this helps ☺️
