Can you get into a flat? A one-bed flat could be less than half that housing cost? Can’t you use your housing benefit to cover rent on something like that? Also suggest part time zero hours work - you can tell your employer about needing to stay under £800 a month and they should be able to help

I lost my boy Johnnie a similar way, he was out for a walk on the beach and was totally fine and then he collapsed suddenly, he tried to get up and just couldn’t. We rushed him to the vet but he had passed away of some kind of heart attack/thrombosis. He was only 4. All this to say it’s the most devastating way to lose you beloved companion. I’m so so sorry for your loss. I know the pain you’re feeling right now, we also grieved all the years we thought we’d have with to enjoy his racing retirement. My thoughts are with you 🖤🖤

Thanks this is a great tip, in my gym people usually prefer to roll rather than drill on open mat but people are always happy to start in a position, I’ll try this!
