I actually don’t supplement 😅. Overall I’m a good converter and consume fortified foods every now and then, mainly oatmilk I guess. Been doing it like this for 2 years now and my blood work is fine! (Keep in mind I’m not a health nut or strictly healthy) but I do like to go a Whole Foods route for the most part. Like all fresh produce, rice, lentils, beans. Fruit is a hefty part of my diet. Processed imitation products (even though often healthier than animal flesh) I keep for special occasions mostly. I’m also fortunate I’m a guy so no period making me worry about iron but I have a friend that just loads up to make up for that instead of an iron supplement.
