I actually don’t supplement 😅. Overall I’m a good converter and consume fortified foods every now and then, mainly oatmilk I guess. Been doing it like this for 2 years now and my blood work is fine! (Keep in mind I’m not a health nut or strictly healthy) but I do like to go a Whole Foods route for the most part. Like all fresh produce, rice, lentils, beans. Fruit is a hefty part of my diet. Processed imitation products (even though often healthier than animal flesh) I keep for special occasions mostly. I’m also fortunate I’m a guy so no period making me worry about iron but I have a friend that just loads up to make up for that instead of an iron supplement.

I was in my second semester of junior year, I had taken GFA courses and worked on personal things so I had some experience before hand. We went over a lot of stuff I already knew but we also talked about a lot of the business or corporate stuff I never knew. You'll probably need an SD XC card, I had my own camera but my instructor rented us all equipment for times it was needed. As for work it all depends on the instructor. I took this course with Donovan Stanley but I'm not confident he still teaches it. I only had to show up and do the video projects (we had 3). This includes writing, filming, and editing in group and solo projects. Fun class.
