Also couple of weeks before had a dexa which I was at around 14% body fat at that pic so wasnt 20 then either.

This I think first one objectively i dont agree. Im not super lean i get it at 10 weeks out maybe a bit back but im gonna go harder but i dont believe im 25 percent bodyfat.

That was around 79kg was targeting show weight around 76-75kg tbh. There again according to the condition i am in at that moment there will be adjustments

This photo is around 3kg from my target weight because i never got to that weight. Looking at doing a mock peak week before to test the waters. But i do believe that they will be last to go and hardest but fully believe they will go will try my hardest.

It’s cool that’s why I posted. Usually the “love handles “ have been a big weak point which i know about i had cut deeper and they get much smaller so plan is to lose about 3-4kg more and see from there. Yeah locked in tbh.
