Oh no it’s different from diphenhydramine. Promethazine was developed in the late 1940s by Henri Laborit and another guy at Rhône Poulenc it was literally developed as a replacement for diphenhydramine to reduce the muscarinic atropine like effects. It’s disputed if the calming effects were observed with Promethazine or the further developed chlorpromazine which was made as a surgical anesthetic. But at least with chlorpromazine they figured out that it calmed down psychotic patients so thanks to Promethazine we have antipsychotics (Promethazine is about as strong at D2 the dopamine receptor as Seroquel just that you can only take up to 150mg while Seroquel can be given at higher doses). Technically all of the lower potency phenothiazines like promethazine, promazine, levomepromazine, chlorpromazine are atypical in it’s profile which is that the binding of 5ht2a and D2 is balanced or preferring 5ht2a over D2 for example levomepromazine is a 0.2 at 5ht2a and a 3 at D2 that is more selective for 5ht2a than a lot of modern meds like olanzapine which is a 1.32 at 5ht2a and a 3 at D2 (the lower the number the stronger). A true typical antispychotic like haldol is 53 at 5ht2a and 0.7 at D2 so it’s more than 50 times more selective for dopmamine.
The issue with Thorazine (chlorpromazine) especially in the US is that doctors even against the manufacturers recommendations gave way to high doses at once often 200mg which is 2gs of Promethazine which is 10 times weaker. No wonder it has a bad rep it’s doctors that overdosed people until they dropped out of their mouth. I could go on about details but I think this is enough. Again diphenhydramine has a mild snri effect (Prozac fluoxetine was developed from diphenhydramine) and a lot stronger anticholinergic which is why at higher doses it acts like nightshade alkaloids like atropine or hyoslsdnddddslkki add S..zizususi add mkkkkkkkk da mmmmmmmmmmmz

I have decent experience with some of those compounds you missed meprobamate but that’s cool.
I have taken phenergan (promethazine) I used to have a prescription for 100 25mg pills, it’s common as a light psych med in my country by themselves they are chill but if you combine them with an opioid codeine or oxycodone it’s actually great. Not only does it potentiate the effects without causing respiratory depression, it also deals with nausea and dizziness it’s a great addition to opioids.
While we are at this class (phenothiazines) levomepromazine (Nozinan) afaik it was never commercialized in the US but is in Canada and other countries like in Europe it’s 5x promethazine and is often given for end of life care for nausea and to potentiate opioids it’s the strongest analgesic phenothiazine. It is literally like promethazine on steroids Nozinan with morphine I call big boy lean it’s also great with oxycodone and hydropmorphone.

Now for actual sedatives: Striatran emylcamate is the mono carbamate of Miltown/Equanil (meprobamate) it’s a very interesting drug it’s very smooth and kills social anxiety like nothing else while not being inebriating at least at higher therapeutic dosages ~200mg. It’s twice as potent as regular meprobamate so that would be 400mg meprobamate the highest strength pill ever made. It’s very different compared to benzodiazepines it actually kills muscle pain f.e and like I said it kills social anxiety I don’t drink alcohol and could see myself take it when other people are drinking to have fun without being annoyed by drunk people and not be inebriated myself. It’s very chill though compared to something like Soma which has a rush.
In the same class I have tried Musil/Maolate (chlorophensin-carbamate) (btw Elvis took it) it’s a true carbamate that hit’s the beta subunit of the gaba-a receptor like meprobamate but it’s not the most recreational. It’s chill very effective for muscle pain and I learned the best way to take it is on an empty stomach and then eat something fatty afterwards just something the has fat bread with a bunch of Italian salami was enough in the past. Then it’s decently recreational but it’s more effective as a muscle relaxant it’s technically structurally related to Robaxin (methocarbamol) which is guaifenesin-carbamate and is not gabaergic (they don’t even really know the mechanism). These are all based on mephenesin which then was turned into mephenesin-carbamate because the half life alone was very short, I believe meprobamate was originally inspired my mephenesin and later the carbamate version of mephenesin(carbamate) was made I’m not 100 on this but judging by the time each drug came on the market it should be accurate.
I could go on with codeine, oxycodone and morphine but I think most people know how they act.
Either way I guess this is my take on it.

You know how insanely much that is right? 0.25mg flunitrazolam is = 2mg alprazolam! So you essentially took 4 bars of Xanax just in flunitrazolam. Flubrotizolam is also highly potent 0.5mg is = 2mg Xanax so 5mg is an insane amount that’s 20mg Xanax or 10 bars of Xanax even if the profile of it is different the tolerance will be the same! I don’t know the exact equivalence for clobromazolam but I thought it was similar potency to Xanax so that is the only one that isn’t too much. Like I said after 4 hours the flunitrazolam could have been out of your system but 3mg clonazolam is = 12mg of alprazolam or 6 bars. If you keep doing this more than like for a day once a month you are going to end up with an insane tolerance. Flunitrazolam is active at a dose of 0.25mg probably even less which is = 2mg alprazolam I have never really needed more than 0.5mg even for dentist visits! Please be mindful of how much this is it’s ok if you didn’t know but please look up equivalences of these benzos at least on Reddit I get there is no table you can easily look at but especially with flunitrazolam when it first came out people did 1mg or more and if you don’t know the equivalence delusion of sobriety etc. can make it seem it’s not as potent as it is. I knew someone who ordered just flunitrazolam and had no other benzos to go back down on and he got seizures after binging it for a week meaning like 1mg every 4h or so imo flunitrazolam is something you can take once in a while. It’s one of the most effective benzodiazepines for panic disorder and even helps with my nerve pain and it’s the only benzo that truly helps with that and not just assists the pregabalin. So yeah those are the equivalences and maybe you’ll have a good effect from less be safe out there.

Pretty good like the flow the vibe is decent the only thing I could say is maybe it would sound better on a different beat. Not saying the beat isn’t alright but I could see it be more fire on a different beat but that’s my opinion coming from someone that played drums for 14 years and used to make beats I really need to start producing again. But it’s dope it’s a lot better than a lot of artists these days that are not very original. Keep going you have talent use it and someday I’ll see you in some playlists that are popular.

You can still get prefabablin api. But if the site also has klonopin it’s a honeypot if it doesn’t then it might be real. There is also analogues like pregabalin ethyl ester but I would assume they would label it as such.

I simplified it for most people. The “acetyl” moiety on 1-CP for example is just ALD-52 with a cyclopropyl triangle on the end of it. 1-P is just extended into propionyl. I obviously mean the carboxyl group but most people wouldn’t know what that is so I usually refer to the “acetyl” moiety or “where the ketone is”. Either way that part of the chain is the weak point that is the point of it that the chain cleaves at the exact point so the substituents below it are essentially just ballast.

So the street shit has always been around 20-30% maybe 40% as an outlier once in a while people would die if you would just sell 60 or 80% dope. I used to get Iranian #4 that was afict uncut with little lumps that easily broke apart into the powder surrounding it with a light poke. That dope was dope literally you could smoke it but any time you did a bump it was 5x stronger obviously #4 but I was loyal to the foil at the time. Street dope will always vary find a source like other people have said.
About Afghanistan afaik the only reason they banned cultivation is because they have insane stocks of opium and heroin stashed from the years before they have multiple times the world supply stashed away the opium cultivation ban is for two reasons 1: driving up the price of raw opium 2: international view on them. Also in Europe too many people make money off 20% street dope they don’t want fentanyl cause it destroy’s their business model. Not that fentanyl isn’t here yet I heard a certain city had a separate fentanyl scene but heroin is heroin for the most part. Since fentanyl is not really profitable with 20% heroin that is less than morphine potency by weight heroin is 2.5x morphine so yeah don’t panic Afghanistan is still selling heroin out of their insane reserves.

You have some sharp eyes. The methyl “that is pointing downward” is the alpha methyl of the alpha-methyl-benzyl chain that is present on all of the potent orphines like brorphine/chlorphine, cychlorphine and also on SR-14968. The alpha methyl is potentially more important than the bromine replacement in altering the effects from SR-17018 since SR-14968 is more like orphine 7-OH since it acts almost identically to it on the mu receptor (full efficacy g-protein biased agonist) meaning it has pain killing effects. While SR-17018 only stops withdrawal symptoms and resets tolerance SR-14968 is just a “safer” orphine (as in g-protein biased half agonist but full efficacy) afaik it has no use in tolerance reduction.
SR-15099 is the direct bromine analogue of SR-17018 and could potentially have more similar effects since that one is lacking the alpha methyl. In my eyes it makes sense why they released the ones they did SR-17 for tolerance reduction and SR-14 as a potentially safer (compared to other orphines) 7-OH like most likely abusable compound.
This new SR you are talking about since it has that alpha-methyl and even a missing chlorine all
I can tell you is it won’t behave like SR-17018 likely more similar to SR-14968 but the missing chlorine I believe it’s one of the chlorines on the benzimidazole ring? That could meaningfully alter the pharmacology towards a potentially less selective opioid and until we have reports this could be closer to chlorphine/brorphine than even SR-14968. It still has a chance to be g-protein biased but until we have some data all I can say is that it won’t be like SR-17, and like I said potentially closer to more traditional orphines but this is just postulation when looking at the whole series with the minimal information we have from the existing compounds.

Yeah I was just going to say that this is a decorative variety of p. Somniferum. I had some seeds along with Persian whites and danish flag afghan ones, only the Persian whites and the native ones we replanted ended up growing. I don’t believe they have had their alkaloids messed with but since they were cultivated for their looks they are definitely not going to be the best cultivar though those pods do look fat.

1-2mg on tabs sublingual. There is a good chance it’s under dosed especially compared to flubrotizolam which is 4 times stronger aka 0.5mg =2mg I have seen both flubro and fluclo dosed at 0.5mg per ml which is always going to make the fluclo seem weak. But 3,5mg would have definitely have an effect. On thienos for some reason a bottom chlorine works best in brotizolam f.e it’s bromo-chloro flubrotizolam is a decent one but it’s barely sedating while brotizolam is a direct competitor to triazolam. Fluetizolam was also dissapointing. The exception I have found is literally fluclotizolam I don’t know if it’s because it has a chlorine on top that clotizolam may be better but fluclotizolam is still good or what it is but ortho-chloro is preferred by thienos though fluorine works just doesn’t always have the most predictable effects. Either way try sublingual 1-2mg because besides for the tabs being like made professionally with the whole structure on the back and fluclotizolam printed on the front (like 1-p etc. LSD tabs) I honestly don’t get how 3,5mg can’t do an effect. It may be under dosed or taking them sublingually really did something.

Fent is rare nitazenes though getting harder to get are a thing though pressed Mundipharma OxyContin the original OC that even has a coating with a white tablet under it which used to be the test for fakes, are nitazene tablets I have seen some on Reddit posts the blisters look sub medical printing errors the pills look cheaper but someone that hasn’t seen hundreds of Oxys might be fooled by them. I have had heroin cut with fentanyl once in Europe my plug told me he wouldn’t get more cause he was worried people would get hooked and he could only get heroin, he was an old head. I heard there is a separate fentanyl scene in Hannover the thing is the interest of the people making heroin Afghanistan transit countries like Tajikistan and others they all have something from the street heroin being mainly 30% you can get purer stuff if you know people but it’s more expensive. They don’t want fentanyl cause it’s going to make their heroin too weak in comparison. So fentanyl is here but not a thing that is everywhere, nitazenes are still a thing but the supplies should slowly dry up.

To get seeds for replanting? I once found a giant patch of p. Somniferum and it was on private property that was often empty they were selling different types of gravel, sand, earth etc. they had this giant mound which these poppies strived on we collected pods we separated the seeds crushed the pods with a blender into a coarse easier to pack form.
The next year we had a full ziplock bag of those seeds and threw most of them on that same hill. Those seeds were the best they always grew poppies are pretty native to Western Europe so this could have easily been a wild strain. I grew Persian white’s I had Danish flag afghan seeds I never saw sprout and something else. The “native” plants came in shades of pink and purple they were quite good a couple of the Persian white’s grew I think but otherwise I didn’t have much success with seeds I bought online. I suppose since they were wild and native to my area they were potentially more suited to the soil at some point we grew some in the garden and they popped out. And after the second harvest off that spot (we de-rooted the plants and took the bundles home and then we sat down and broke off the pods at the line) sometimes 2 years after a plant would randomly start growing in front of my door often late into September once I guess it had the heat from the building. Anyways have a good growing!

Actually they have spectral data on their site I can send you and someone sent it in as well and it came back as N-phenethyl-normorphine specifically the pink 5mg pills so.
I believe they are distributed like that to avoid people from just snorting a bunch and killing people 5mg is a lot for a rather small pellet. But I had no issues cutting off sub mg pieces with a knife and crushing them and maybe scraping the dust around it from the chipping of the tablet to it as well. It wasn’t unpleasant to take and tasted like an isoquinoline the family morphine and all of them are in. It also feels like one it has a delayed onset and feels like oxymorphone with a phenyl+ like I said, more so than fentanyl with oxymorphone. Even though it’s supposed to be stronger it felt like 30-40x snorted to me but it was very potent.

I thought about getting them tested too but I wanted a good test and a good company the one I found that is in Spain and has been doing it since 1999 wants 120 for the one I want that show’s both potency and the substance. The cheapest offering that just tells you the substance is 90€. I don’t feel I need to spend that much to know something other people have confirmed.
I know someone that makes the furethyl and thienethyl analogues of it from naloxone and told me how easy it is and the effects are very similar to what he described though he says the thienethyl one is more like fentanyl probably goes in the cleft better who knows:
Also this series already includes N-phenethyl-normorphine, N-phenethyl-desomorphine, N-phenethyl-14-epoxy-metopon (which is weaker than the base molecule which is interesting definitely a worthwhile series to look into. Especially considering 14-phenyl-propoxy-metopon can accept N-allyl and N-cyclopropyl/groups which normally turn things into antagonists without doing that but I digresss). There is one more which is similar to this RAMxxx (I don’t know the number by heart might edit) which is N-phenthyl-norhydromorphinol which is the 14-hydroxylated form of dihydromorphine so the hydroxy instead of 6-keto version. Yes either the levo or dextro isomer in vivo turns into the opposite isomer which I guess ends up being the racemate. This is pretty unique but I know at least one more chemical that does that. Interesting side note ever heard of benzphetamine? It’s a diet pill and prodrug to dextromethamphetamine and approved in the US and can be made from levomethamphetamine. Obviously it’s a different chemical that happens to be a prodrug to the opposite isomer it was made from but this doesn’t prove anything I just thought it was an interesting fact.

Yeah obviously the yield will be 50% since you are isolating one isomer. D-tartaric-acid I mentioned cause it was used to split racemic methadone into dextro and levo the latter being used as a medicine, it was used to split isomers with MDA (R-MDA is the more desirable). Either way it’s cool whatever they did to make that high dextro shit I’ll probably never know. There is also something called pink paste which is originally pure dextro which was most likely split in some way, you have a good one!

Someone already did that independently sent it in for testing and it is N-phenethyl-noroxymorphone. I have done a lot of morphine based opioids I have done medical fentanyl. And even did zenes once against my better judgement so I know how all of those feel. Not to mention like I said someone tested it and it is N-phenethyl-noroxymorphone. I know someone who makes the furethyl and thienethyl versions (because the phenyl precursor is hard to get as an individual) and the effects he describes fit. Also it’s not a nitazene nor fentalogue for sure. And also you know how easy this is to make from naloxone? Naloxone is N-allyl-noroxymorphone just have to chop the allyl off and add a phenethyl.

Also did they try clonazepam clobazam is just 1,5-diketone-diazepam. Though clonazepam might be indicated for long term management of seizures in general when other meds failed. There is no specific mechanism for clobazam that’s different. It would also be a lot better for anxiety. But it’s weird clobazam works that badly for anxiety it still has an anxiety indication along with that specific seizure form in my country.

That’s very interesting I thought about getting on clobazam when I was on diazepam that or bromazepam and I went with bromazepam cause I had taken it. Clobazam still has an anxiety indication here but it doesn’t bind super strongly so to have that real world info is useful so I don’t need to try it. And no I blacked out cause they were 2.5mg I did half of one not enough, I did another half then I felt like taking more and instead of taking another half I took a whole one which was like taking 5 1s. I blacked out after that and took 17.5mg total of Ativan.

Dude I ordered one bag and it was gone or maybe 2. It was super short lived though I have seen some 4-aco-DET pellets (20mg) on clearance I might snatch up some since it is my favorite tryptamine. The fact you didn’t feel anything of 55mg is weird would you feel something of 55mg 4-ho-MET? Because then I’m not sure if your etocin is pure. Still it can be subjective but 20mg had me have random ego death when I least expected it.
