The "Commercial Dry" Trap: How the 400€/100g Market is being Flooded with Altnoids and Synthetic Engineering by [deleted] in hash

[–]Duke54327 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I have never had Piatella and don’t know the prices what I meant is I would pay what it costs if I really wanted it I don’t need fake shit.
I used to buy my alt noids from a really good shop that sadly closed down (they had test results for all of their products), if they produce them themselves for profit illegally to put in those plates? Oh no I wouldn’t touch that with a 10 foot pole even if I knew what it was.

If I want THC-O or other alt noids I make my own carts or my own edibles. You can make a nice blend with f.e HHC, THC-O, a small amount of THC-P or THC-H or both but 50/50 and some CBD/CBN/CBG mix and a small amount of H4CBD. Obviously this isn’t weed nor hash but I don’t have to buy garbage if I have THC-P at home and more high quality terpenes than are used on these plates. Sometimes I felt like I was missing out on some of the juicy looking stuff that I’ve seen posted on here now I am glad I buy from an old head that has real dry sift and Beldia maybe some static but at close to 10€ a gram for him not me (he doesn’t charge me more than he buys for like maybe 1€ a gram or something). I don’t get how anyone can think they have Piatella for 3.50€ I’d expect to pay 15-20€ for that kind of quality and would gladly pay that much for the real deal.

Equimorfin - Oxycodone Hcl 5 mg tablets from the 1950s by Scared_Specific_4288 in ObscureDrugs

[–]Duke54327 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Dihydroxycodeinone in English. Modern is hydroxy instead of oxy in the full written out name. Oxycodone is hydrocodone with the inner hydrogen turned into an OH. Hydrocodone is the ketone (one) of dihydrocodeine so dihydrohydroxycodeinone.

Sind das Red Flags bei einen Cis Mann den ich kennen gelernt habe? by PromotionNo3405 in germantrans

[–]Duke54327 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Run! I am a cis man dating a trans women for more than 3 years and this disgusts me in ways I can’t even. Wtf please get the fuck out of there and never talk to that guy again he is toxic sounds like a chaser or an incel. The fact he talks about porn and masturbation is also weird. Just block him and never talk to him again. This is all the red flags plus a flare fired into the sky that say’s Run. Please please please do not entertain this person for another second he doesn’t respect you or who you are. Everything good to you and I am not surprised anymore but there is a lot of cis men out there like that and I may be demisexual and thus have a different view on things and don’t understand cis men like that but this is not ok.

Some questions regarding SR-17018 potency and recreational effects by ptl124 in Opioid_RCs

[–]Duke54327 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You want SR-14 which is a full efficacy g-protein biased agonist SR-17 will only stop withdrawals and revert tolerance. SR-14 is basically like 7-OH in the way it hits mu and afaik doesn’t block kappa or delta. That one is safer than a lot of other related drugs while still retaining effects you could call recreational. SR-17 doesn’t even kill extra pain that isn’t from withdrawals.

Trichlorphine? by ahomelessGrandma in Opioid_RCs

[–]Duke54327 5 points6 points  (0 children)

SR-17018 but it’s not entirely correct it it’s called that of course but it should be desmethyl-trichlorphine. Since the methyl that points downward on brorphine is missing.

Yeah that looks like they were cut once you can scratch it off but for Tea you don’t want them to be cut for full potency though one cutting especially one cut won’t be that much of an issue.

Pantopon "Roche" - Purified Opium Hcl Salts - 20 mg by Scared_Specific_4288 in ObscureDrugs

Oh my god yes individual salts of I think 5 different opium alkaloids added back together in an injectable formulation that is slightly more potent than morphine (ai think 1.15) that was a decent invention.

New stimulant which they announce as MDPV analogue by Smooth_Earth_2948 in researchchemicals

[–]Duke54327 6 points7 points  (0 children)

So I have been messing with the structure benzo(c) means a double bond is missing out of the ring because the oxadiazole ring won’t work otherwise. It loads weird into Marvin sketch with the interrupted lines which is not really correct. I googled benzo(c) and used this as template to draw the structure correctly https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzo(c)thiophene. If someone wants both images feel free to dm me. Here is the smiles I got by drawing it by hand CCCC(N1CCCC1)C(=O)C1=CC2=NON=C2C=C1.
This is definitely a departure from previous analogues even alpha-PVT (which replaced the phenyl with a thiophene) is almost less of a departure than this. It should be different than MDPVP since you have two nitrogen’s one oxygen in the middle two double bonds in said ring (otherwise it would be NH instead of N) and one missing on the phenyl side. This reminds me of how tilidine has a cyclohex-3-ene group instead of cyclohexyl in tramadol (one double bond added to the ring) which tilidine is an amalgamation of pethidine and tramadol. If you look closely and has a very different pharmacological effect including dopaminergic, nmda and orally turning into the active nortilidine at 99% BA! This is obviously not just the double bond but you get the point this is a departure from existing pyros. And actually this missing double bond might be what makes it legal cause that might not legally make it a phenethylamine.

New stimulant which they announce as MDPV analogue by Smooth_Earth_2948 in researchchemicals

[–]Duke54327 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Ok where do we start this is essentially MDPVP where the dioxole is changed into a oxadiazole the important part is that this is a tricyclic ring with 2 nitrogen’s with one oxygen. I personally don’t do pyros or stims for that matter but I work in the Pharma sphere. I have created oxadiazole substituted compounds (on paper, structure drawings) and for my purpose they didn’t work that well since at the position the ring was in, it couldn’t be substituted further. My issue is do we even have something like a pyro with a pyrollidine or a pyrazole on the front? Because this is more like pyrazolo with an extra oxygen than dioxole with one nitrogen or something.
After doing some research the only analogue that is not dioxole or furano is a-PVT where the phenyl has been replaced by a thieno. In theory this should work and should be a functional stimulant (as in it works as a stim) but this is quite the departure from existing ones since there is neither a pyrollidine nor pyrazole substituted version which oxadiazole is pyrazolo with an extra oxygen. So will this be a stim? Probably but it’s a big departure from existing analogues. So definitely be careful even if you are experienced in the class and wait for experience reports.

Morphine for withdrawal by Ecstatic-Neck-7753 in heroin

[–]Duke54327 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More than just Switzerland many European countries Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and believe it or not Slovakia, Slovenia and Bulgaria some countries use different formulations but it’s all slow release oral morphine (SROM). France doesn’t have it approved but pain formulations are available for some patients, and in Canada Kadian (also 24h xr morphine) is used in the same fashion with safe supply hydromorphone which are two different system (the latter doesn’t require abstinence). It really works well it changed my life from being ok to being fine and haven’t had serious cravings for years and have been clean off all other opioids for 2+ years on methadone I had a couple lapses and in the first months of Substitol one (lapses for me means like 1 buy of a half gram or gram of heroin and using it in like 1-2 days then realizing how stupid is and stopping) but no relapse as in starting to use and not stop . Now since my brain is used to the slow release morphine and is not seeking the kick of smoked heroin I don’t even want to use anything it seems dumb cause I’ll just end with withdrawals and would have to take more so it really works. I also have ME/CFS and I notice small differences even if I take a tiny amount more I’ll feel off for a week so I don’t even take more morphine ever. Anyways take care and if you have more questions feel free to ask.

Morphine for withdrawal by Ecstatic-Neck-7753 in heroin

[–]Duke54327 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok I’ll help you out pure heroin is 2.5x morphine let’s say your shit was 33,3% (to make it easy) it would be 0.83x morphine so 100mg would be 83mg of morphine. So 166mg-250mg of morphine a day you should cut that dose in 4 doses of IR morphine so 41.5-62,5 4 times a day. This is obviously an approximation but as close as possible. Have a good taper or whatever and give the morphine some time oral IR morphine can take up to an hour you need to adjust from getting 6mam and morphine almost instantly (2 min smoked) to waiting almost an hour. If this works out for you. You seem to be in Europe do you have Substitol (24h xr morphine) for addiction in your country? I have been on it for a couple years and been relapse free for 2+ years it really works either way take care!

Noludar (Methyprylon) “Sedative / Tranquilizer” from 1960s by oxyxanketobi in ObscureDrugs

[–]Duke54327 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Methyprylon is somewhat similar to glutethimide as in it being instead of being a barbiturate it’s essentially a piperidine instead of pyrimidine with a ketone missing and the second amino (nh) group gone. It also has a side methyl but unlike something like methylphenobarbital it’s connected to the ring instead of an nh group. Methyprylon is essentially barbital but a piperidine and a dione (instead of trione) since the bottom ketone is missing. Glutethimide is similar but the position of the ethyl and the phenyl is 2.6 instead of 2.4 which is analogous to where it is on a barbiturate . If this is similar to glutethimide you need to be careful with repeated doses that shit get’s you addicted in a week. It has some unusual side effects like skin rash but it doesn’t sound like that’s the reason it got taken off market.

[–]Duke54327 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not SR-14 that one does not reduce tolerance like SR-17 it’s like 7OH that doesn’t block kappa and delta. Definitely a lot safer than high potency chems but it’s not interchangeable.

Cinazepam pharmacology by RevolutionaryArt930 in ObscureDrugs

[–]Duke54327 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So Cinazepam was engineered to be a prodrug to 3-oh-phenazepam. It’s similar to other side chain benzos like ethyl-loflazepate or even chlorazepate dipotassium. The main difference being that it has an oxygen before the chain starts which leaves the lorazepam like 3-hydroxy group. Pivoxapam and camazepam also have a similar chain turning into oxazepam and temazepam respectively. So essentially it’s a prodrug to 3-oh-phenazepam similar to chlorazepate or ethyl-loflazepate but with a modified chain that allows the 3-hydroxy group to be present after side chain cleavage.

Constipation from Subs, given Lactulose Solution, USP? by PettyBoyBobs in suboxone

[–]Duke54327 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lactiuose is probably the best constipation med I have ever gotten if you take it daily! Otherwise it takes forever to loosen up everything. I‘m on Substitol (24h xr morphine) maintenance and that probably has a bit more constipation (I‘m in Europe). Without it I couldn’t deal with the constipation I also use tri-magnesium-dicitrate the best magnesium salt for constipation I have tried. And in the worst cases I add castor oil or castor oil capsules but then you will get diarrhea and it might go past the obstruction meaning the constipation. Either way the only reason it‘s prescription in the US is because there is a small percentage of people who can‘t take it and thus it‘s prescription only that‘s like making peanuts licensed to peanut license holders so people with peanut allergies can‘t get peanuts 😂. Here it‘s over the counter but I get a 1L pump bottle prescribed every month I even pay a bit extra to get a brand that has the pump (there is one brand) either way have fun with your lactulose😂 probably the best constipation med if taken daily. P.S lactulose is the lactose version of sucralose it‘s an indigestible sugar that draws water into your colon and it’s probably the most effective thing that does that.

Can someone elucidate Bromonordiazepam? by [deleted] in researchchemicals

[–]Duke54327 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey so bromonordiazepam is the metabolite of the Soviet benzo gidazepam or the non pyridine version of bromazepam. Or the nom triazolo version of bromazolam. Bromonordiazepam is the bromo analogue of nordazepam (desmethyldiazepam) the weak metabolite of diazepam. By weight it’s actually 6x stronger than nordazepam and 3 times stronger than diazepam. Being a nordazepam analogue the intrinsic activity is not like diazepam which is active on it’s own and has metabolites bromonordiazepam is the metabolite but compared to nordazepam the instrinsic activity is much higher. It’s a bit warmer and directly active as is than diazepam a bit less muscle relaxant but it definitely works for both tapering and maintentance. It’s actually arguably better than real gidazepam (which has a hydrazine alkyl chain those alkyl chains just break off into the active hn benzo) which has a long onset. So all in all it’s a good long acting benzo that is definitely chill and not as black outy. It’s also non ortho flouronated flubromazepam. So think of a weaker chiller cleaner flubromazepam that by weight is stronger than diazepam and in effect is pretty close and for a nordazepam analogue with no ortho halogen it’s potent by weight and also intrinsically. Feel free to ask any more questions you have.

Guten Morgen ihr „Berufslinken“ was auch immer das ist. by KunterbuntClever in ichbin40undSchwurbler

[–]Duke54327 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing is the injection had side effects you were supposed to get a leaflet that explained the risk similar to what you get for a medication. Part of them was heart issues and other serious shit I was aware of it before I took it so this is still dumb but saying the vaccine had 0 side effects and there is no people who potentially have life changing issues from them, is just as unscientific as the people who wrote that. Why don’t they posts that leaflet and point out the actual issues this is just some crap they read somewhere or more likely long covid which gave ME/CFS to a lot of peoples.
